文中以提高致密低渗砂岩储层开发效果为目的,通过对不同方式混合水压裂增产机理进行分析研究,明确了提高单井产量的有效手段;利用Fracpro PT压裂软件模拟不同压裂方式下的支撑剂铺置剖面,分析了不同混合水压裂技术提高单井产量的主要影响因素;结合杭锦旗致密气储层地质特征开展适应性评价,形成了一套适合该区致密气储层的混合水压裂技术。现场应用结果表明:采用混合水压裂技术后,杭锦旗致密气产量较常规井提高15.9%,该技术具有较好的推广应用前景。
In order to improve the development effect of tight and low permeability sandstone reservoirs, this paper analyzes the mechanism of mixed water fracturing stimulation in different ways, and clarifies the effective means to increase the yield of single wells. Fracturing propping agents were simulated with Fracpro PT software. Accordingly, the main factors of mixed water fracturing affecting single well yield were analyzed. Considering the engineering geological characteristics of the Hangjinqi tight gas formation, the adaptability evaluation of mixed water fracturing was carried out. A set of mixed water fracturing technology suitable for the tight gas reservoir of Hangjinqi was formed. The field application results show that after the mixed water fracturing technology, the tight gas production of Hangjinqi is 15.9% higher than that of conventional wells, which has a good application prospect..
