摘要
针对页岩地层裂缝发育、油基钻井液循环损耗量大、井壁易失稳的难题,研制了封堵材料BAG ̄1。BAG ̄1耐温150 ℃,粒径20~110 μm,与油基钻井液的配伍性良好,协同常规的刚性、柔性封堵材料,形成了油基钻井液封堵剂配方。在油基钻井液中加入3%BAG ̄1后,泥饼渗透率降低36.7%,封堵承压可达15 MPa,浸泡后的岩心抗压强度提高了21.1%。在焦石坝地区4口井的现场应用表明,该封堵剂的封堵防塌能力强,平均井径扩大率低于4%,钻井液的循环损耗量低于0.2 m3/h,三开水平段施工顺利,达到了井壁稳定、安全钻井的目的。
Abstract
o overcome the problems of large amount loss of oilbased drilling fluid circulation and borehole instability caused by the fracture development in shale formations, a plugging material BAG1 was developed. BAG1 has some good performances, such as heat resistance of over 150 °C, 20 to 110 microns of particle size, and great compatibility with oilbase drilling fluid. Combining with conventional rigid and flexible materials, the oilbased drilling fluid plugging technology was developed. This technology can reduce the permeability of mud cake by 36.7%, seal the pressure up to 15 MPa and improve the compressive strength of soaked core by 21.1%. The field application in four wells in Jiaoshiba area shows that the technology has strong ability to block and prevent collapse. The average diameter expansion rate is less than 4%, the circulation loss of drilling fluid is less than 0.2 m3/h, and the construction of the horizontal section of the third opening is smooth. The plugging technology achieves the purpose of borehole stability and safe drilling.
