In the process of oilfield development, it is one of the common downhole accidents that the string and tool of oil and gas well get stuck. Theoretical research and practice show that the use of vibration to transfer a certain frequency of energy to the sticking point can effectively destroy the stress state of the sticking point, reduce the friction resistance of falling objects, reduce the clamping force of falling objects, and improve the success rate of sticking point solving. Zhongyuan Oilfield has innovatively developed a hydraulic vibration knockdown device for sticking point release construction, with a driving load of 600 ̄800 kN and a driving frequency of 80 ̄100 times/min, which meets the requirements of on?鄄site construction and is the first of its kind in China. Field application practice proves that the tool has stable working performance, and is suitable to resolve the problem of packer sticking, etc. The unfreezing accuracy is high and the effect is obvious. Workover cycles and costs have been significantly reduced, and the casing damage caused by conventional workover operation is avoided. When operating, the pump truck can be used for workover, and the difficulty of workover is solved by the unfreezing technology of hydraulic vibration. This technique has a broad application prospect.
