Abstract
Analyzing the development geological conditions of western Guizhou Fa′er mining area, the optimum selection of multi-seam development intervals was carried out on the basis of the recoverable coal reservoirs, and the evaluation of movable resource index was established. The results show that: the smaller the dispersion of the isothermal adsorption curve of coal seams developed in combination, the higher the movable resource index, the more suitable for layer development; Well FE-S1 in the research area was optimized to conduct stratified fracturing and combined seam drainage for three coal seams(7#, 13-1# and 15-2#), with good development effect and highest mining feasibility; according to the movable resource index, it is preferred to carry out the combined mining development section of a development well in the study area. After that, the average daily gas production of the well is more than 2,000 m3/d, and the gas production effect is good; it is verified that the movable resource index can be used as an evaluation index for the rationality of the multi-coal layer development interval. This study provides a theoretical reference for the development of multi-coal mining.
