摘要
针对风城油田超稠油SAGD开发存在蒸汽腔局部到顶、发育不均、横向扩展缓慢和水平段动用程度低的问题,应用了一套适合风城油田超稠油的直井辅助双水平井SAGD技术。根据生产动态特征,将直井辅助双水平井SAGD划分为吞吐预热、驱替泄油和稳定泄油3个阶段,分阶段对各调控参数进行了优化和优选,总结形成了连通判断技术和转驱标准。直井辅助后,蒸汽腔发育规模明显扩大,水平段动用程度显著提高,产油量提高83.0 t/d(平均单井组16.6 t/d),油汽比提高0.02,采注比提高0.03,含水率下降2.1百分点,生产指标大幅改善。直井辅助双水平井SAGD及其动态调控技术的成功,为超稠油SAGD高效开发提供了技术支撑。
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of uneven use of horizontal section and the steam chamber characterized by partially to the top, uneven development and slow horizontal expansion in the SAGD development of super heavy oil in Fengcheng Oilfield, a set of SAGD technology of vertical well assisted double horizontal wells that suitable for super heavy oil in Fengcheng Oilfield was applied. According to the characteristics of production dynamics, vertical wells assisted SAGD is divided into three stages, throughput preheating stage, displacement drainage stage, and stable drainage stage. The parameters are optimized in each stage, and the summary forms a set of connection judgment technology and converting drive criteria. After the support of vertical wells, the scale of steam chamber in the research area was significantly expanded, and the utilization degree of horizontal section was significantly increased; the oil production level, the average well group production, the oil-steam ratio, the production injection ratio were increased by 83.0 t/d, 16.6 t/d, 0.02, 0.03, respectively, and the moisture contentor was decreased 2.1%, showing that the production index was greatly improved. The success of vertical well assisted double horizontal SAGD wells and its dynamic control technology provides technical support for the efficient development of SAGD in super heavy oil.
