针对海上稠油油藏堵塞原因复杂、堵塞物类型多样,单一的酸化解堵措施无法同时解除多种污染等问题,通过大量室内实验,研制出一套适合海上稠油油藏的新型化学复合解堵技术,主要包括有机溶剂萃取体系、表面活性剂降黏体系和复合有机酸化液体系。文中分析了新型化学复合解堵技术的作用机理,在对体系性能进行室内实验评价的同时,开展了矿场试验。室内实验结果表明:有机溶剂萃取体系对现场有机垢的溶解率可达95%以上;表面活性剂降黏体系对现场稠油的降黏率可达98%以上;复合有机酸化液体系对现场无机垢的溶解率可达85%以上;经过有机溶剂、表面活性剂以及复合有机酸化液处理后的模拟岩心最终渗透率提高率达到181.4%。矿场试验结果表明:试验井M12-A井解堵施工过程顺利,各项参数能达到施工设计要求,且实施解堵措施后产液量和产油量均得到大幅度提升,取得了良好的解堵增产效果。
Aiming at the problems of complex causes of blockage and various types of blockage in offshore heavy oil reservoirs, since single acidizing blockage removal measure cannot simultaneously remove many kinds of pollution, a new chemical composite blockage removal technology suitable for offshore heavy oil reservoirs has been developed through a large number of laboratory experiments, including organic solvent extraction system and surfactant viscosity reduction system and complex organic acidizing fluid system. The mechanism of the new chemical compound plugging removal technology was analyzed, and the performance of the system was evaluated in the laboratory. At the same time, the field test was carried out. Laboratory experimental results show that the organic solvent extraction system can dissolve more than 95% of the organic scale in the field; the viscosity reduction rate of surfactant system for heavy oil in the field can reach more than 98%; the dissolution rate of compound organic acidizing solution for inorganic scale in the field can reach more than 85%; after organic solvent and surfactant and complex organic acidizing treatment, the final penetration rate of sand filled pipe core increases by 181.4%. Field test results show that the plugging removal process of M12-A well is smooth, the parameters meet the construction design requirements, the production of fluid and oil has been greatly improved after the plugging removal measures, and good plugging removal effect has been achieved.
