Productivity formula for horizontal well of top-bottom closed reservoir based on re-splitting flow field

在常规的水平井产能预测方法中,由于忽略了水平井水平段跟端与趾端的球面向心流,导致产能计算存在一定的误差;或者由于流场劈分过于精细而导致公式复杂,不利于矿场应用。为获取准确的、便于矿场运用的水平井产能公式,文中进行了新的流场劈分。将流场分为外部径向流、内部径向流及内部球面向心流,运用等值渗流阻力法、渗流坑道理论等,推导了求解简便的水平井产能计算公式。实例计算表明,文中公式的产能计算结果相对误差较小,在计算采油指数较小的水平井产能时精度最高。该精度能够满足矿场应用的需求。
For conventional horizontal well productivity prediction, there are some errors in the calculation of productivity due to spherical flow being neglected, and the too fine splitting of flow field and complicated formula make this prediction not conducive to the application of the field. In order to obtain accurate and convenient horizontal well productivity formula for field, a new flow field splitting is carried out. The flow field is divided into external radial flow, internal radial flow and internal spherical flow. Finally, Based on the equivalent seepage resistance method and the theory of seepage tunnel, the formula of horizontal well productivity is deduced. The horizontal well productivity formula established in this paper has the highest accuracy in calculating the productivity of the horizontal well with smaller oil recovery index, which can meet the application requirement of the field.
