针对不合理的冲次设定导致抽油机井泵效和系统效率普遍较低、油井维护性作业量大的问题,采用防止共振冲次设定法、冲程冲次配合有利区设定法、举升效率关系曲线法,得出单井合理冲次范围。实例应用表明,该方法节能降载效果良好,能有效提高抽油机井的系统效率,延长油管杆使用寿命,延长检泵周期,达到提质增效目的。
Aiming at solving the problem of unreasonable pumping speed setting leading to generally decreasing pump efficiency and system efficiency on pumping unit and the problem of increasing times of well maintenance operations, based on the method of pumping speed setting by preventing the syntony, advantageous area choosing by means of matching pumping stroke and pumping speed, and lifting efficiency curve, the reasonable speed range is obtained. Through example validation, the method has good effects on energy saving and reducing load, improved system efficiency of pumping, extended the service life of the tubing and rod and the maintenance cycles, achieved the objective improving quality and increased benefit.
