Phased optimization method of injection parameters for polymer flooding

鉴于现有注聚参数优化方法针对性不强、计算精度低等问题,文中首次建立了聚合物驱注聚参数分阶段优化决策方法。根据含水率变化特征曲线,将聚合物驱阶段划分为见效前期阶段和见效高峰阶段,将见效速度和含水率下降综合系数分别作为2个阶段注聚参数的优化目标函数。通过关联分析和数值模拟计算,确定影响见效速度和含水率下降综合系数的主控因素。基于数值试验和遗传算法手段,得到主控因素与注入参数的对应矩阵,运用响应曲面回归分析法建立了见效前期阶段和见效高峰阶段聚合物注入质量浓度、注入速度、段塞尺寸等注聚参数的优化决策模型。渤海S油田的应用实例表明,该方法的操作性强,计算精度高,可实现注聚单井不同阶段的注入参数个性化设计,对于现场精细注聚管理、提高注聚质量和改善注聚效果具有重要的意义。
Since the traditional optimization methods of injection parameters are not pertinent and accurate, a phased optimization method of injection parameters for polymer flooding was established. According to the water cut curve, the polymer flooding stage can be divided into the effective early-stage and peak-stage, the effective speed and the water cut decline comprehensive coefficient are used as the optimization objective function of the two stages. Based on the correlation analysis and numerical simulation, the main controlling factors of the effective speed and the water cut decline comprehensive coefficient are determined. With numerical simulation and genetic algorithm, the corresponding matrix of main control factors and injection parameters is obtained, and the optimal decision model of injection parameters such as injection concentration, injection speed and slug size is established by using the response surface regression analysis method. The application of Bohai S Oilfield shows that the method is highly operational and accurate. This method realizes the individual design of injection parameters in different stages of single well, which is very important for fine polymer injection management, improving the quality and effect of polymer injection.
