Lithologic characteristics and logging identification of Mesozoic volcanic rock of Kenli 16-A Structure in Laizhouwan Depression

莱州湾凹陷垦利16-A构造中生界火山岩岩性复杂多样,岩性识别困难。在对岩心、壁心及薄片分析基础上,应用元素测井、成像测井以及常规测井对其进行深入研究。结果表明研究区发育2个大类6种类型的火山岩:中性火山岩主要包括安山岩、安山质火山角砾岩和安山质凝灰岩,酸性火山岩主要包括流纹斑岩、流纹质火山角砾岩和流纹质凝灰岩。应用岩性扫描测井可识别出安山质火成岩和流纹质火成岩,应用成像测井可识别出熔岩、火山角砾岩以及凝灰岩,二者结合可再识别出6种火成岩。在特殊测井识别岩性以及岩(壁)心标定的基础上,将特殊测井识别结果推广到常规测井曲线,分析各类火山岩常规测井响应特征,建立复杂火山岩识别流程,实现利用常规测井曲线划分火山岩岩性,对研究区后期勘探评价起到重要作用。
Mesozoic volcanic rocks of Kenli 16-A Structure in Laizhouwan Depression are complicated, and accurate identification of lithology is the first important problem in exploration and evaluation. Based on core (SWC) and thin section analysis, litho scanner logging and FMI logging and conventional logging are applied to litho-identification. The results show that six types of volcanic rocks of two major categories developed in the study area, neutral volcanic rocks including andesite, andesitic volcanic breccia and andesitic tuff, acidic volcanic rocks mainly including rhyolite porphyry and rhyolite volcanic breccia and rhyolitic tuff; litho scanning logging can identify the andesitic and rhyolitic volcanic rocks, FMI logging can identify lava, volcanic breccia and tuff. Combination of litho scanning logging and FMI logging can identify six types of volcanic rock by chemical component and physical structure. The complex volcanic rock identification process is built by the sensitivity analysis of conventional logging curves inferred from the special logging identification results. The method of using conventional logging curve to identify complex volcanic rocks plays an important role in the later exploration evaluation. Based on the lithology calibration of special logging, drilling core and side well core, the results of special logging recognition was applied to conventional logging curves. Then, the identification process of complex volcanic rock is built by the analysis of the conventional logging curves characteristics of various volcanic rocks. The method of using conventional logging curve to identify complex volcanic rocks plays an important role in the later exploration evaluation.
