摘要
老井侧钻是渤海油田低效井治理和老区挖潜上产的重要手段,但是面临着工艺复杂、工期长,成本高等问题。针对海上油田井网不规则、层系复杂、出砂严重、作业日费高等特点,研发了一套适用于海上油田的固井充填防砂一体化工艺新技术,并在曹妃甸11-2油田进行了现场试验。试验表明,该技术能一趟钻完成砾石充填防砂与固井作业,工具可靠、工序简单,作业效率高,降本增效显著。这为渤海油田老井改造挖潜剩余油,提高油田的经济开发效益奠定了重要的基础。
Abstract
Sidetracking of old well is an important means of low efficiency well management and tapping the potential and stimulation in matured wells in Bohai Oilfield. However, it is faced with complex process, time-consuming and high-cost. A new type of cementing and gravel-packing sand control integrated technology suitable for offshore oilfields was developed based on the characteristics of offshore oilfields, e.g. complex formation, serious sand production and high daily operation cost. The field experiment was conducted in Caofeidian 11-2 Oilfield. The experiment shows that this technique can be used to complete the gravel packing and cementing operation with the reliable tools, simple process and efficient operation, and the effect of reducing the cost is remarkable. It lays an important foundation for reconstruction of old well to tap the remaining oil and improving the economic development benefit of Bohai Oilfield.
