气井携砂数值分析方法

 在天然气开采过程中,气井出砂是危害天然气生产的重要因素之一。为了解携砂的整个过程,基于气固两相流理论,研究了砂粒在垂直井筒中的受力情况,建立了砂粒举升过程中的力学模型。运用数学分析方法,讨论了气井携砂的临界产量和已知产量下砂粒在井筒上升任一深度的运动状态,并结合某区块实际天然气气井生产数据,探究了油管直径、砂粒直径和密度等对临界产量的影响规律,得出了砂粒在携带过程中的运动图版。该研究结果为天然气生产管理措施的制定提供了理论依据。
 Sand production in gas well is one of the serious harms in the process of natural gas production. In order to understand the whole process of sand carrying, the mechanical behavior and mechanical model of sand in vertical wellbore was studied based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow. Using mathematical analysis method, the critical yield of gas well with sand and the movement state of sand at any depth under the known production were discussed. Combined with the actual gas well production data of a certain block, the influence of the tubing diameter, sand diameter and density on the critical output was investigated, and the movement plate of the sand in the whole process was obtained. It provides a reliable reference and guide for the production of natural gas.
