 针对清洁压裂液普遍存在抗温性能差的问题,文中通过合成抗温型阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,并添加相关助剂,研制出了一种新型抗高温复合表面活性剂清洁压裂液体系。室内对压裂液体系进行了性能评价,结果表明,该清洁压裂液体系具有良好的耐高温抗剪切性能,在140 ℃,170 s-1条件下剪切90 min后,黏度仍可以保持在50 mPa·s以上。该体系还具有良好的携砂能力和滤失性能。使用煤油和地层水破胶60 min后的体系黏度均小于5.0 mPa·s,破胶液的界面张力达到0.554 mN/m,残渣质量浓度低于 1 mg/L,说明体系破胶迅速彻底。另外,压裂液体系对储层岩心的伤害率低至10%左右。现场应用结果表明,使用抗高温复合表面活性剂清洁压裂液体系的A33 ̄9井压裂后的日产油量是使用常规胍胶压裂液施工的A33 ̄10井的3倍多,取得了明显的压裂增产效果。
 Based on the poor properties of heat resistance of clean fracturing fluid, a new kind of clean fracturing fluid system of high temperature composite surfactant has been developed by synthesizing anti-temperature anionic surfactant, non-ionic surfactant and adding related auxiliaries. The performance of the fracturing fluid system was evaluated in the laboratory. The results show that the clean fracturing fluid system has good resistance to high temperature and shear resistance, and the viscosity can be kept above 50 mPa.s after shearing 90 min at 140 ℃ and 170 s-1. The system also has good sand carrying performance and filtration performance. When using kerosene and formation water to break gel 60 min, the viscosity of the system is less than 5.0 mPa.s, the interfacial tension of broken liquid reaches 0.554 mN/m, and the residue content is lower than 1 mg/L, which shows that the gel breaking system is rapid and thorough. In addition, the damage rate of the fractured fluid system to the core of the reservoir is as low as 10%. Field application results show that the daily output of A33-9 Well fractured by using clean fracturing fluid system of high temperature composite surfactant is 3 times more than that of A33-10 Well, which is constructed by conventional guanidine fracturing fluid, the effect of fracturing and increasing production is obvious.
