摘要
定向井阵列侧向测井响应由于受井斜、层厚、围岩等环境因素的影响,难以真实反映储层电阻率。通过建立三维球状介质模型,利用有限元法对定向井阵列侧向测井的响应特性进行研究,分析了三维地层模型下井斜角及层厚、围岩变化对阵列侧向测井响应的影响。研究表明,直井、斜井及水平井阵列侧向测井响应规律存在明显差异。井斜角越大,仪器受层厚及围岩的影响越大。当目的层厚小于8 m时,不同围岩电阻率对视电阻率的影响较大。构建了不同井斜角条件下的阵列侧向测井层厚 ̄围岩校正图版,并通过数据分析手段,得出围岩、层厚的非线性快速校正公式及快速校正图版,与正演模拟图版具有较好的一致性,可用于定向井阵列侧向测井响应的快速实时校正。
Abstract
The array lateral logging data in directional wells is usually not accurate enough to reflect the reservoir resistivity due to environmental factors such as well deviation, layer thickness, surrounding bed and so on. In this paper, a three-dimensional spherical model was established, and the response characteristics of the array lateral logging in directional wells were studied by using the finite element method. The influence of the deviation of the well angle and layer thickness/shoulder bed on the response of array lateral logging was analyzed. The results show that there are significant differences on the response of array lateral logging between the vertical wells, the gradient wells and the horizontal wells. The greater the drift angle is, the greater the influence of the layer thickness/shoulder bed is. When the thickness of target layer is less than eight meters, the resistivity of different shoulder bed has a great influence on the apparent resistivity. In this paper, the thickness/shoulder bed correction plates of the array lateral logging layer under different drift angle was constructed. And the nonlinear fast correction formula and fast correction plate of the array lateral logging were obtained through the data analysis, which is consistent with the forward modeling plate. It can be used for fast real-time correction of the array lateral logging response in directional wells.
