顺北区块Ⅰ号断裂带钻井过程中,由于目的层深、工程地质特征复杂、钻头选型及提速技术与地层匹配性差等问题,已完钻井的机械钻速低,钻井周期长。在充分分析钻井提速难点的基础上,结合钻头和提速工具研发新进展,提出了分层提速技术:二叠系以浅地层开展大扭矩快速钻进技术,二叠系开展“破碎+释放+剪切”钻头选型技术,二叠系以深、目的层以浅地层开展减振稳扭技术。分层提速技术在X ̄8H井进行了现场应用,与完钻井相比,各层分别提速34.45%,37.74%,50.42%,全井提速63.52%,钻井周期缩短37.35%,创区块同类井身结构钻井最快纪录,有效解决了钻井提速难点,为加快该区块勘探开发进程提供了技术支撑。
The drilling in No.1 fault-zone of Shunbei Block encountered multiple challenges, such as deeply buried target stratum, complex geological characteristics, poor matching of bit and ROP increasing method with formation, which led to low ROP and long drilling time. Therefore, the research was conducted to develop fast drilling technologies. On the basis of fully analyzing the difficulty of improving drilling speed, combining with the recent progress of bits and tools, three technologies were put forward according to different strata: high torque rapid drilling technology for the strata above the Permian, the technology of "crush+release+shear" in Permian, reducing vibration and stable torque technology above the target stratum below the Permian. The technologies were used in Well X-8H in this region. Compared with the drilled wells, the ROP of each stratum was increased by 34.45%, 37.74% and 50.42% respectively. The ROP of full well was increased by 63.52% and the drilling time was shortened by 37.35%, and the fastest drilling record of the same casing program was created. Research results and on-site application performance show that the key technologies on ROP increase is suitable for the No.1 fault-zone of Shunbei Block, which can effectively solve the problem of increasing ROP and provide technical support for accelerating the process of block exploration and development.
