Influence factors on horizontal well injectivity of polymer flooding in heavy oil reservoir

 针对水平井聚合物驱注入能力问题,通过数值模拟方法,利用单因素分析、正交试验、极差分析、回归分析等手段,得到了8个主要影响因素对水平井注聚吸水指数降幅的影响规律、影响程度次序以及计算水平井注聚吸水指数降幅的公式。以渤海A油田水平井注聚真实模型和国外某油田区块水平注聚井4 a的矿场数据为依据,对该公式计算精度进行了检验,其相对误差平均在10%以内,基本满足工程需要,可用于渤海稠油油藏水平注聚井注入能力的快速预测。
 in order to solve the problem of horizontal well injectivity of polymer flooding, numerical simulation method is considered. Based on single factor analysis, orthogonal test, range analysis, and regression analysis, the influence rule of eight main influence factors on water absorption index decline of horizontal well injectivity of polymer flooding, the order of influence degree of the factors and a calculation formula of water absorption index decline of horizontal well injectivity are obtained. Finally the accuracy of this formula is checked through a real horizontal well polymer flooding reservoir model in Bohai Oilfield and four years of field injection data from a horizontal well polymer flooding oilfield in a foreign oilfield, which shows the average relative error is less than 10% and meets the need of engineering. This method also provides a fast prediction for horizontal well injectivity of polymer flooding.
