摘要
文中针对清洁压裂液返排液难处理的问题,对清洁压裂液返排液重复利用技术进行了研究。在评价破胶液基本性质的基础上,对清洁压裂液破胶液体系降低界面张力、乳化能力、改变岩石润湿及提高采收率等性能进行了评价。结果表明:在某低渗油藏条件下,该体系能有效降低界面张力至10-3~10-2 mN/m数量级;该体系乳化能力较好,润湿性能优良,其动态饱和吸附量为8.09 mg/g,且水驱后动态滞留量仅相当于动态饱和吸附量的1/4~1/3。室内岩心模拟驱油实验表明,该体系在最优注入方案条件下实现采收率增值10.04%,说明该体系能够满足低渗油藏压裂后进一步提高采收率的要求。
Abstract
Aiming at the great treatment difficulties of fracturing flowback fluid, the reutilization of clean fracturing gel-breaking fluid in surfactant flooding was investigated. The interfacial tension behavior, emulsification property, wettability alteration, adsorption property, incremental oil recovery ability and the mechanism of surfactant flooding were studied by laboratory experiments. The results show that the clean fracturing gel-breaking fluid can reduce oi/water interfacial tension to 10-3 ̄10-2 mN·m-1, which has superior emulsification property and wettability alteration behavior. Meanwhile, the dynamic adsorption is about 8.09 mg/g, and the dynamic retention amount is about one fourth to one third of the dynamic adsorption. The physical model experiments indicates that the oil recovery value can be enhanced 10.04%(OOIP) under optimal injection project, which confirms its excellent performances on further enhanced oil recovery for low-permeability oilfield after fracturing treatment.
