摘要
深水钻完井工程设计存在水文地质条件恶劣、作业成本高昂等一系列设计难点,这在一定程度上制约着我国深水油气田开发的进程。基于钻完井工程设计的流程及特点,以南海某深水油田的钻完井设计方案为例,选择井眼轨迹及井身结构设计、工作液设计、钻柱及钻具组合设计、井控工艺设计等主要的钻完井工程设计部分,进行了设计理念以及设计结果的分析。得出了深水钻完井工程设计适宜采用的关键技术以及基本设计思路,提出了简化井身结构、简化钻具组合、注重浅层气井控、采用批次作业等针对性的设计建议,能够为深水钻完井工程设计提供有益借鉴。
Abstract
A series of design difficulties exist in deepwater well drilling and completion, such as adverse hydro geological conditions and high activity cost, which restrict the process of deepwater oil-gas field development to some extent. Based on process and features of drilling and completion design, taking a drilling and completion design in the South China Sea as an example, main parts of drilling and completion design were analyzed on design philosophy and results, such as borehole trajectory design, casing program design, working fluid design and so on. The key technology and fundamental design thought in deepwater well drilling and completion design are obtained. This research brings forward some corresponding suggestions for design, such as simplifying casing program design, simplifying bottom hole assembly, laying emphasis on well control of shallow gas and taking batch operation. It can provide some beneficial advices for deepwater well drilling and completion design.
