Numerical simulation of wellbore temperature calculation for Nanpu buried-hill

 南堡潜山油气藏属高温油气藏,井下高温给钻井液、水泥浆、井下工具等带来了一系列的问题,因此,准确确定钻井作业时井内循环温度的分布和变化规律,对钻井和完井工程具有极其重要的意义。文中从能量守恒定律出发,结合传热学和流体力学的基本原理,考虑高温高压对钻井液密度的影响,运用Presmod温度模拟软件,确定了适用南堡潜山高温油气藏的井下循环温度预测方法。该方法可以分析钻井施工参数、流体物性和外界环境对井筒温度的影响,应用实测的井筒温度对模型预测结果进行了验证。结果表明,该方法的井温预测精度能较好地满足油田高温井的设计及施工要求。
 Nanpu buried-hill reservoir is a high temperature reservoir. High temperature causes a series of problems to mud property,cement slurry formulation, downhole tool and so on. Therefore, the calculation of the distribution and variation of circulating temperature is very important for drilling and completion engineering. According to the energy conservation and the basic principles of heat transfer and fluid mechanics, considering the effect of high temperature and high pressure of drilling fluid density, the method for predicting the temperature in the Nanpu Oilfield was proposed using Presmod software. This method can be used to analyze the influence of drilling parameters, fluid physical properties and external environment on wellbore temperature, and the simulation results are close to the measured results. The results show that the method can meet the design and construction requirements of high temperature well.
