 专利已成为企业参与国际竞争和取得竞争优势的关键性战略资源，实施专利发展战略，是提高企业生存和发展的重要途径。文中在分析油田企业专利战略布局面临的主要形势的基础上，指出了油田企业参与国内外市场竞争要开展专利战略研究的重要意义，并提出了有针对性的对策和建议。

 Being an effective form for enterprises to participate in international competition, patent has become a key strategic resource for gaining competitive advantages. Implementation of patent development strategy is an important way to improve the survival and development of enterprises. Analyzing the main situation of patent strategic layout confronted by oilfield enterprises, this paper points out the significance of patent strategic research of oilfield enterprise in domestic and abroad market competition and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
