摘要
随着页岩气的快速发展,各种页岩层地质复杂情况带来的问题相继暴露出来,油基钻井液逐步成为页岩气地层水平井的首选。但是在一定条件下,油基钻井液也面临流变性不好、黏度低、携带岩屑能力差等问题。针对上述问题,通过缩聚法研制了一种GW ̄1油基钻井液增黏剂。分别采用红外光谱仪、热重分析仪对GW ̄1的结构及其热稳定性能进行了分析,同时评价了GW ̄1在油基钻井液体系中的性能。实验结果显示:GW ̄1增黏剂热稳定性良好,抗高温;GW ̄1加入到油基钻井液体系后,增黏效果显著,同时还能提升钻井液的电稳定性,大大降低了油基钻井液的滤失量,是一种很好的油基钻井液增黏剂。
Abstract
Oil-based drilling fluid has gradually become the first choice for shale gas horizontal wells with the rapid development of shale gas and more and more complicated geological conditions. But oil-based drilling fluid is facing bad rheological property, low viscosity, and poor carrying ability of rock. Considering the above problems, GW-1 viscosifier for oil-based drilling fluid was developed through poly condensation method. The structure and the thermal stability of GW-1 were analyzed by IR spectrometer and TGA respectivley, the property of GW-1 in oil-based drilling fluid system was evaluated. Experimental data show that the viscosifier has good thermal stability and high temperature resistance; GW-1 has viscosity increasing effect significantly, slightly improve the electrical stability of drilling fluid, greatly reduce the water loss of oil-based drilling fluid; GW-1 is a good oi-based drilling fluid viscosifier.
