Key technology of horizontal well development in complex high-sulphur Dawan gas field

 大湾气田是近年来我国发现的地质条件极为复杂的典型高含硫气田之一,其储层埋藏深、厚度薄、平面变化大、储量丰度低、硫化氢含量高、裂缝 ̄孔隙发育,国内外尚无成功开发先例。为了安全、经济、高效开发以大湾气田为代表的复杂高含硫气田,形成了复杂高含硫气田水平井整体开发新技术。其中包含4项核心技术:一是双重介质高含硫气田储层精细描述技术,二是双重介质高含硫气田开发技术政策优化技术,三是高含硫气田水平井开发完井技术,四是高含硫气田水平井分段酸压技术。应用这些核心技术,成功建成了世界上第1个水平井整体开发的大湾复杂高含硫气田,并已推广到国内类似气田,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Dawan gas field, as an example of complex high-sulphur gas field, is a significant discovery in China in recent years. Because of the deep burial reservoir, thin layer, big variation in horizon, low reserve abundance, high H2S contained and well-developed fracture-pore, there is no successful development example for such gas field in the world. In order to develop the complex high-sulphur gas fields such as Dawan gas field economically and effectively, a new horizontal well developing technology is formed. The new technology contains 4 core techniques: (1) the fine description technique of fracture-hole medium for high-sulphur carbonate rock reservoir; (2) the optimization technique of development technology of dual-medium high-sulfur gas reservoir; (3) horizontal well perforation safety and segmented acid fracturing technique for high-sulphur gas field; (4) the staged acid fracturing technique of high-sulfur horizontal well. With these techniques, the world first horizontal well overall development gas field, Dawan gas field, and other similar gas field are successfully established with great economic and social benefits.
