摘要
针对现有药剂体系在井筒除垢、破乳等方面存在的问题,进行了自生酸破乳除垢净化药剂的研究工作,开展了自生酸净化药剂与泡排药剂复配研究,论证了净化药剂与泡排药剂配伍的可行性。该药剂兼具除垢和破乳的功能,且与泡排剂配伍性良好,可实现泡排剂破乳后的二次起泡。渗透率恢复率达87.7%,由于能不断生成H+,且能持续与污染物反应,因此,净化作用效果较好。
Abstract
Considering the deficit and imperfect of recent cleaning drugs in some ways of wellbore descaling and demulsification, this paper researches the self-generating acid of cleaning drug and demonstrates the compatibility of cleaning drug and foaming agent. Based on the above, a new cleaning drug was prepared and the cleaning effect was evaluated through indoor experiments. The drug has the function of descaling and removing the demulsification of foaming agent, and also has good compatibility with the foaming agent, which can realize the agent′s second foaming after agent′s demulsification. Indoor experiment shows the descaling effect can achieve 100% and the permeability recovery rate is up to 87.7%. Since the cleaning drug can continuously produce H+ and react with pollutants, it shows better cleaning effect than common drugs.
