摘要
为了提高压井施工的质量,实现“压而不死,活而不喷”,对压井施工现场中数据选取模糊和过程控制粗糙的环节进行研究是非常必要的。针对目前现场压井施工的现状,文中对2个井控关键问题——压井中安全附加值的选择和气侵压井施工中井口套压最大安全控制值进行了讨论。通过分析压井现场圈闭压力、压力波动、附加密度和压力的对应关系等因素对附加值选择的影响,以及根据“U”形管模型原理及气体平衡公式推导了压井施工中井口套压和套管鞋处压力的变化关系,提出了压井中安全附加值选取和不同阶段井口套压最大安全控制值的一些建议,以便为现场溢流险情发生后实施高效、高质、科学的压井施工提供参考。
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of well killing and realize "press but not die, flexible without spraying", it is of great significance to accurately study and analyze the data selection and process control sessions of well killing. Considering the present situation of well killing, two questions, "the selection of safety added value for well killing" and "the maximum safety control value of casing pressure in the construction of gas-penetrated wells", are analyzed and discussed. By analyzing the impact of the trapped pressure, the pressure fluctuation, the additional density and the pressure on selection of safety value and the relationship between the pressure variation in the wellhead and the casing shoe in the construction of the pressure well based on the "U" model and the formula of gas balance, some suggestions on "the selection of safety added value for the pressure well" and "the maximum safety control value of casing pressure in the construction of gas-penetrated wells" are pointed out, which are very helpful for high efficient, high-quality and scientific well killing after the occurrence of overflow in the field.
