摘要
径向钻孔参数优化对完善井网适配、改善增产增注效果具有重要作用。基于稳态渗流理论、势的叠加原理等建立径向钻孔井产能计算模型,并以胜利油田现河油区低渗透油藏为例,分析了径向钻孔长度、钻孔个数对产能的影响。研究结果表明:径向钻孔能有效提高油(水)井的产油(注水)能力;随着钻孔长度(穿透比)的增加,产油(注水)能力的提高幅度越来越小;钻孔个数增加,产油(注水)能力增加,但当同一层中钻孔个数增加到6以上时,进一步增加钻孔个数对增产增注效果影响不明显。最后给出了同一层总钻孔个数应控制在6以内、钻孔长度应控制在100 m以内的径向钻孔矿场作业优化建议。
Abstract
Optimization of radial drilling parameters is important to improve production, injection and well pattern adaptation. Based on the theory of steady seepage flow and the superposition principle of potential, the productivity model of radial drilling well was established. Taking the low permeability reservoir in the Xianhe oil area of Shengli Oilfield as an example, the effects of radial drilling length and radial drilling number on the productivity were analyzed. The results show that radial drilling can effectively improve the development effect of production and injection of wells; with the increased penetration ratio of radial hole, the ability to increase the productivity and injection is getting smaller and smaller; when the number of radial drilling increases, the productivity and injection increase, but when the number of radial drilling in the same layer increases to more than 6, the further increase of radial drilling number has no obvious effect on the ability to increase the productivity and injection. Finally, the suggestion of the radial drilling performance is that the total radial drilling number should be no more than 6, and the radial drilling length should be no more than 100 m.
