Corrosion rule of P110SS under high H2S and CO2 conditions

利用高温高压实验装置,研究了P110SS套管钢在3种典型高含H2S/CO2工况条件下的腐蚀速率和硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)现象。实验结果表明:随H2S分压、CO2分压、温度增加,P110SS钢的腐蚀速率先降低再升高;P110SS钢的回火索氏体组织使其具备较为优良的抗SSCC性能;随H2S分压、CO2分压、温度增加,SSCC敏感性降低,温度起主导作用,井口工况SSCC敏感性最高。
This paper studies the corrosion rate and sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SSCC) of P110SS casing steel under three typical high H2S-CO2 conditions by means of high temperature and high pressure test equipment. With the increase of H2S-CO2 partial pressures and temperature, the corrosion rate of P110SS decreases first and finally increases again. The tempered bainitic structure of P110SS leads to better resistance to SSCC. The SSCC sensitivity decreases with the increase of H2S-CO2 partial pressures and temperature. Temperature plays a leading role and the SSCC of wellhead condition is the most sensitive.
