印尼油田多数已进入开发中后期,依靠剩余可采储量大小来进行技术评价的传统方法已经不能满足潜力评价的要求,为了解决已开发油田潜力评价问题,通过层次分析法和灰色系统理论法确定的权系数,选用多参数综合定量评价方法,对印尼已开发油田进行了潜力评价。结果表明:通过模糊分类法,合理地优选出能够反映油田综合潜力的地质参数和开发参数,避免了程度相似的各单项参数的相互影响;利用层次分析法和灰色系统理论法确定的权系数绝对数值不同,但各个参数的相对权系数大小保持一致。根据评价结果,将油田分为3类:Ⅰ类油田,潜力较大,建议优先收购;Ⅱ类油田,潜力中等,建议作为备选对象;Ⅲ类油田,潜力较低,建议放弃投资。
Most oilfields in Indonesia have entered the middle and later development periods, the traditional way, which relies on the size of remaining recoverable reserves to carry out technical evaluation, has been unable to meet the requirements of potential evaluation. To handle this problem, through a multi-parameter comprehensive quantitative evaluation method, this paper has a good solution to evaluate the potential for developed oilfields in Indonesia. The results show that the optimization of the geological and development parameters which reflect the oilfield comprehensive potential by the fuzzy classification can avoid the mutual influence among the similar individual parameters; weighted coefficient absolute values which are determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey system theory method are different, but the relative weighted coefficient of each parameter is consistent; based on the evaluation results, the oilfields are divided into three categories, class Ⅰ oilfield with great potential, it is suggested for priority acquisition, class Ⅱ oilfield with medium potential, it is advised for an alternative, for class Ⅲ oilfield with lower potential, it is recommended for no further investment.
