HDCS吞吐(CO2和降黏剂辅助水平井蒸汽吞吐)技术是开采超/特超稠油的有效手段,其影响因素和潜力评价一直是研究的热点。文中针对胜利油田特超稠油开采实施情况,建立典型模型,采用正交试验设计方法,分析了HDCS油汽比和采出程度的影响因素;在此基础上,利用响应面方法建立了HDCS油汽比和采出程度计算的代理模型,提出了HDCS潜力评价的新方法,并将该方法运用于胜利油田某区块的HDCS模拟计算中。计算结果与实际相比,平均误差小于9.5%,说明该方法可用于超/特超稠油HDCS潜力评价。
HDCS technology(horizontal well dissolver carbon dioxide steam huff and puff) is an important way for developing super heavy oil reservoirs; its influence factor and potential evaluation have been warmly discussed. In view of HDCS in Shengli Oilfield, the influence factor of oil-steam ratio and recovery percent were evaluated and analyzed by establishing typical model and using orthogonal design. On this basis, we established a surrogate model of HDCS by using response surface method, and presented a new method of potential evaluation. This method was applied to wells in Shengli Oilfield. The actual oil-steam ratio is quite close to the calculated result, and the relative error is less than 9.5%.
