摘要
针对目前钻井液用常规润滑剂极压膜强度低、抗温性差、毒性大等突出问题,采用硅烷偶联剂KH570对纳米SiO2进行超声表面改性,然后将其与表面活性剂S1按一定比例添加到菜籽油中,80 ℃下搅拌并加入适量稳定剂制备出纳米润滑剂SD ̄NR,通过红外光谱(FT ̄IR)和透射电镜(TEM)对产物进行了表征。性能评价表明,SD ̄NR加量为1%时润滑系数降低率大于85%,对钻井液流变性无明显影响,具有一定的降滤失性和抑制性,极压膜强度高,抗温达180 ℃以上,荧光级别在1~2级。
Abstract
In allusion to the drawbacks of conventional lubricant for drilling fluids such as low extreme pressure film intensity, inferior lubrication persistence, high-fluorescence and poor temperature resistance performance, in this article, firstly, we carry out ultrasonic surface modification on the nano-silica with silane coupling agent K570, then, we get SD-NR by putting surface modified nano-silica and surfactant into colleseed oil in a certain proportion. the product was characterized by FT-IR and TEM. Indoor experiment evaluation shows that the reducing rate of the friction coefficient is over 85% when the dosage of SD-NR is 1%, SD-NR has no adverse effects on the behavior of drilling fluid and can enhance fluid loss control and suppression performance to some extent. With higher extreme pressure film intensity and lubrication persistence, SD-NR can be used at temperature as high as 180℃, the fluorescence level is 1 to 2.
