Cementing technology of production casing in Iraq′s Halfaya Oilfield

伊拉克哈法亚油田储层段天然裂缝发育,且堵漏作业成功率较低,漏失井固井成为生产套管固井面临的主要问题。作业方提出的“单级固井、双级准备”等一系列技术措施,克服了漏失井井眼准备不充分、提高顶替效率难等难点,有效保证了储层段固井质量。基于哈法亚油田生产套管固井地质、工程条件,从工艺方案、环空流体结构、顶替参数方面分析该油田固井技术措施取得成功的内在机理,以期对其他油田漏失井固井技术方案制定提供借鉴。分析表明:固井面临固井段严重漏失井况、井眼准备无法充分完成时,确保管柱不贴壁、采用“冲洗液+低稠度领浆+高稠度尾浆”的浆体结构、加大冲洗液和低稠度领浆的用量、目的层段固井壁面剪应力接近15 Pa,可保证漏失井漏层以下井段固井质量满足开发要求。
Because of choppy reservoir and low success rate of sealing in Halfaya Oilfield of Iraq, serious loss of reservoir becomes the main problem during production casing cementing. To overcome the difficulties such as inadequate well preparation, low displacement efficiency, and so on, "single stage cementing, stage cementing prepared" and other cementing technology measures are provided by the operator of Halfaya Oilfield, which ensure the cementing quality of reservoir is acceptable. Based on the geology and engineering condition of Halfaya Oilfield, the mechanism for the success of the cementing technology measures is analyzed from three aspects of process program, slurry structure in annulus and displacement parameters to provide experience for serious loss well cementing of other oilfields. Analysis shows that: when cementing faces serious loss and inadequate well preparation condition, ensure casing not attaching to wall, use slurry structure of "flush fluid+low consistency lead slurry+high consistency tail slurry", increase the volume of flush fluid and low consistency lead slurry, ensure wall shear stress close to 15 Pa, the cementing quality below leakage zone can meet the requirements of oil field development.
