摘要
泾河油田的大多数储层属于低孔低渗致密储层,压裂水平井是获得产能的主要方法。采用常规单段压裂工艺,产量较低,因此开展了多簇压裂工艺研究。文中对多簇压裂起裂机理分析发现,在诱导应力作用下,破裂压力发生改变。在地层破裂阶段,迅速提高排量,能够实现2簇同时破裂。通过分析多簇压裂影响因素,确定了泾河油田多簇压裂设计参数,包括簇间距、净压力、施工排量等。现场试验表明,泾河油田产量明显提高,多簇压裂增产效果显著。
Abstract
Most reservoirs of Jinghe Oilfield are of low porosity and low permeability; the horizontal well fracturing is the main method to obtain the capacity of the field. The output of the well is low with conventional single stage fracturing, so multi-cluster fracturing research based on multi-cluster fracturing mechanism was carried out in the field. This article proves that with the influence of induced stress, the fracture pressure will change. In the formation fracture stage, rapidly increasing displacement can cause two clusters to rupture simultaneously. Analyzing the factors of multi-cluster fracturing, the fracture design parameters of Jinghe Oilfield, including cluster spacing, net pressure, and construction displacement, are determined in this article. Field application shows that the production of the field is increased obviously by multi-cluster fracturing.
