摘要
墨西哥湾漏油事件的发生,使得救援井设计越来越受到海洋石油的重视。众多案例表明,救援井井眼轨迹与切入角的合理设计是保障救援井与事故井顺利对接的关键,然而目前关于井眼轨迹与切入角的理论分析方面尚未有深入的讨论。文中首先分析了救援井常用的三段式和S型井眼轨迹,发现三段式井眼轨迹适用于简单救援井,S型井眼轨迹可以在降斜过程中调整切入角,适用性更强。在S型井眼轨迹设计的基础上,针对直井事故井,引入了“切入转折点”的设计理念,通过研究井眼轨迹切入角、井斜角等参数的几何关系,给出了轨迹参数的计算公式,建立了救援井考虑对接段切入角的井眼轨迹设计方法。现场工程实例证明,该设计方式具有较好的效果。该方法为完善救援井轨迹设计理论提供了新的理论支撑,对深水救援井设计提供了理论指导。
Abstract
The Mexico Gulf oil spill has turned offshore oil companies′ attention to relief well design. Many cases have shown that the proper design of relief well trajectory and entrance angle is the key to successful docking of the relief well at the accident well, however, there are no deep theoretical researches on entrance angle. The "three-part" style and S style are commonly used in the relief well, and studies have shown that "three-part" style is suitable for simple drilling operation and S style can be more widely used because the entrance angel can be changed during drilling. On the basis of S style trajectory and aimed at vertical accident wells, a new concept of "entrance turning point" is introduced. Studying the geometrical relationship of the trajectory parameters, the calculation equations are given. Finally, a well trajectory design method is proposed considering entrance angle. Onsite application shows that this method has good performance, which provides new theoretical support and guidance for relief well trajectory design.
