套管水平井全通径分段压裂工具新进展

New development of full-bore and unlimited multistage fracturing tools for cased hole horizontal well

为了满足页岩气、低渗透油气、煤层气等非常规油气储层的高效和低成本开发需求,国内外诸多机构都开展了水平井全通径无限级分段压裂技术攻关研究,已经形成完善的工具系统及配套现场施工工艺。文中介绍了国内外目前针对水平井开发非常规储层的新兴全通径分段压裂技术原理、关键工具组成与结构特点以及现场应用效果,并结合国内非常规油气藏开发需求,剖析了下一步重点关键技术攻关研究方向,主要从创新工具结构设计、研制新型工程材料、完善工具性能测试等方面着手,突破技术研发和应用瓶颈,以尽快实现国内套管井全通径分段压裂工具自主化,为油气田高效开发提供技术支撑。
In order to meet the high efficiency, low cost development for shale gas, low permeability oil and gas, coal-bed methane, and other unconventional resources, more and more domestic and foreign institutions are carrying out full-bore and unlimited multistage fracturing technology research for horizontal wells, which have formed a complete set of tools and supporting onsite construction technology. This paper describes the emerging domestic and international full-bore principle of staged fracturing technology, the key tool composition and structural characteristics, and field application for horizontal well in unconventional reservoirs. Considering the domestic unconventional reservoir development needs, focus on the next step research of key technologies was analyzed. From innovative tool design, development of new engineering materials, and improving other aspects of performance testing tools, it is very urgent to make full-bore and unlimited multistage fracturing tools by ourselves, which will provide technical support for efficient oil field development and capacity building.
