射孔完井水平井加速度压降与混合压降模型

Acceleration pressure drop and mixing pressure drop in perforated completion horizontal wells

 射孔完井是水平井完井的主要方式之一。由于流体在水平井筒中的流动为变质量流动,在水平井筒内必然存在因流体的流动而引起的压力损失。基于气液两相的质量守恒方程、动量守恒方程和能量守恒方程,得到了射孔完井水平井加速度压降和混合压降的计算方法。分析认为,摩擦压降虽然在水平井筒总压降中起主要作用,但加速度压降和混合压降的影响同样需要考虑。该研究为水平井筒变质量流动压降分析提供了理论依据和计算模型。
 Perforated completion is one of the main methods for horizontal well completion; the pressure loss caused by fluid flow in horizontal wellbore is inevitable. Acceleration pressure drop and mixing pressure drop of the horizontal well are obtained by the mass conservation equation, momentum conservation equation and energy conservation equation. The analysis shows that the frictional pressure drop plays a major role in the total pressure drop of the horizontal wellbore, but the effect of acceleration pressure drop and mixing pressure drop must also be considered. The research provides the theoretical basis and calculation model for the variable mass flow pressure drop analysis for horizontal wellbore.
