摘要
为了探讨水平井酸化过程中酸液流动的机理及流动过程,追踪酸液前沿的流动位置,建立了酸液沿水平井筒变质量流动模型、井筒周围储层的渗流模型以及2个流动系统之间的耦合模型。同时,把井筒周围储层分为酸化区、污染区以及未污染区,用数值方法对模型进行求解,分析了酸液沿水平井筒的流动状况、沿程进酸量以及酸液前沿到达的时间,并对有关参数进行了敏感性分析。结果显示:随着井筒注入酸量的增加,进入井筒附近各小层的酸量也相应增加;井筒附近由于渗透率的不同,进入的酸量会有很大差异,酸液进入渗透率高的储层远大于渗透率低的储层。研究结果可为水平井酸化的实施提供一定的理论参考。
Abstract
In order to investigate the acid flow mechanism and acid flow process for horizontal well acidization and track the flow position of acid front, the variable mass flow model of acid along the horizontal wellbore, seepage model of reservoir around the wellbore, and coupling model of two flow systems were established. At the same time, the reservoir around wellbore is divided into pollution zone, acidification zone, and non-polluted zone. The model was solved by numerical method. The flow state of acid solution along horizontal wellbore, the flow rate into reservoir around wellbore, and the acid front arrival time were analyzed. Sensitivity analysis of the parameters was carried out. Results show that the influx into each layer around wellbore increases with the increase of the acid injection volume; reservoir acid rates around wellbore are very different because of permeability; the reservoir acid solution of high permeability layer is much larger than that of the low permeability reservoir. The results provide a theoretical reference for the implementation of horizontal well.
