 实践表明,应用井眼清洁工具,可以大幅度提高水平井大斜度段和水平段的岩屑床清除效率。但由于井眼清洁工具的有效作用距离有限,需要沿大斜度段和水平段布置多个井眼清洁工具才能达到较好的岩屑床清除效果,而目前对计算井眼清洁工具布置数量的方法研究较少。根据岩屑床休止井斜角实验研究结果,提出了井眼清洁工具沿大斜度井段分布数量的模拟计算方法。现场试验表明,该方法能够满足工程需要。
Field experience has shown that hole cleaning tools can significantly enhance the efficiency of cuttings transport in the high-inclination and horizontal sections of horizontal wells. However, due to the limited effective distance, more hole cleaning tools are needed to ensure a good hole-cleaning condition. And there are less methods to calculate the needed numbers of hole cleaning tools. Based on the experimental results of cuttings bed angle of repose, a simulation calculation method to determine the distribution and numbers of hole cleaning tools along the high-inclination section is proposed. Field test shows that the method can meet the engineering needs.
