Application and analysis of ABAQUS in oil-gas well engineering

 针对油气井工程复杂的作业工况及其高度非线性问题的求解,有限元软件ABAQUS具有独特的应用价值。从油气井工程的学科特点以及ABAQUS软件的应用现状出发,首先介绍了基于ABAQUS进行油气井工程仿真的流程及特点,随后依次分析了该软件在陆地钻井工程、海洋钻井工程、完井工程、固井工程中的建模要点及仿真实例。在分析应用案列的基础上,指出了该软件在油气井工程学科应用中存在的问题,提出了仿真实验与现场试验相结合,广泛利用第三方软件接口,合理简化几何模型和边界条件以及推广扩展有限元等针对性的建议。
 To deal with the complicated operating condition of oil-gas well engineering and solve the highly nonlinear problem, the finite element software ABAQUS has its unique application value. Based on the features of oil-gas well engineering and the application status of ABAQUS software, this paper first introduces the process and characteristics of oil and gas well engineering simulation based on ABAQUS. Then the key points of software modeling and simulation examples in drilling engineering, ocean drilling engineering, cementing engineering, and completion engineering, are introduced in sequence. On the basis of a large number of the current application cases, this paper concludes the defects and problems in the application of ABAQUS in oil-gas well engineering. From all aspects, all simulations should be combined with field test data and extensive third-party software interfaces. This paper effectively promotes the application of finite element method (FEM) and simplifies the model and boundary conditions.
