Influence factors on vibration characteristics of hydraulic oscillator

为了合理分析水力振荡器的振动特性影响因素,文中根据水力振荡器在井下的实际工况,通过条件假设、模型简化,建立了关于水力振荡器井下工具组合的振动分析模型,选取合适的钻井参数,分析得到水力振荡器在静阀板中心孔直径不同、相对钻头的安放位置不同时的振动特性。通过室内实验与下井试验,进一步分析这2个重要参数对工具振动特性的影响。研究表明:随着静阀板中心孔直径的增大,水力振荡器的振动位移和振动速度均逐渐减小;随着安放位置与钻头距离的增大,水力振荡器的振动位移和振动速度均逐渐增大。研究结果对下井工艺的应用具有重要指导意义。
In order to analyze the influencing factors on the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic oscillator, according to the actual working condition of the hydraulic oscillator, the vibration analysis model of downhole tool combination of the hydraulic oscillator is established on the condition assumption and model simplification. By selecting appropriate drilling parameters, the vibration characteristics are analyzed and obtained when the diameter of the static valve plate center hole and the place position of the bit are different. Laboratory and downhole experiments show that, with the diameter increase of the center hole of the valve plate, the vibration displacement and vibration velocity of the hydraulic oscillator are gradually reduced; with the increase of the distance between the position and the drill, the vibration displacement and vibration velocity of the hydraulic oscillator are gradually increased. The research results have important guiding significance for downhole technology applications of hydraulic oscillator.
