Accurate design method of perforating negative pressure for offshore unconsolidated sand oilfield

 利用负压的方式清除射孔弹道内由于射孔瞬间高温和高压形成的压实带污染,是一种常用和有效的做法,而负压值的确定是负压射孔中最重要的参数之一。目前,国际上流行的推荐做法繁多,效果各异,这给现场选择应用带来了困难。为此,在对比分析不同负压设计方法优缺点的基础上,考虑地层参数获取的难易程度,结合岩石力学井壁稳定理论,提出了一种更适合海上疏松砂岩油藏的负压值确定方法。通过对国内海上许多已实施的负压射孔作业效果进行分析对比,证明该方法计算简单方便,同时准确性得到了大幅度提高。
 Using negative pressure to clear the compacted zone pollution formed at high temperature and high pressure during the perforating moment is a common and effective way. To determine the value of negative pressure is one of the most important parameters for underbalanced perforating. Currently recommended practices of designing negative pressure differ from each other and have different effects. Through analyzing effects of the numerous domestic offshore underbalanced perforating operations combining with rock mechanics wellbore stability theory, a new method of designing negative pressure value for underbalanced perforating has been developed, and the accuracy has been greatly improved.
