摘要
欠平衡钻井是一种提高钻速、发现和保护储层的钻井技术,也是一项投资较大的系统工程。在实施欠平衡钻井前,对待评估地层进行不同欠平衡钻井方式的筛选评价,可提高钻井的成功率和经济效益,有效避免工程投资风险。基于不同欠平衡钻井方式的优缺点和适应性,综合选择了多个技术性和经济性参数作为评价指标,利用隶属函数将参数量化,引入加权模糊评判运算模型,建立了简便的欠平衡钻井方式优选模糊综合评判模型。评判模型对不同的欠平衡钻井方式进行了量化判断,克服了以往主观认识定性评价的缺陷。最后以大庆油田外围地区为对象进行实例计算,模型评价结果与现场情况符合较好。
Abstract
Underbalanced drilling is the drilling technology to improve rate of penetration, discover and protect reservoir. However, it is also the system engineering with tremendous investment. Before performing underbalanced drilling, the applicability screening of different underbalanced drilling methods can increase the success and economic benefit, and effectively avoid investment risk. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of different underbalanced drilling methods, morn than ten technical and economic parameters have been selected as evaluation indexes which can be quantified according to membership function. The simple fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of steam underbalanced drilling has been built with introduction of weight fuzzy evaluation computational model. The model overcomes the shortcomings of subjective qualitative evaluation of sorting criteria and has been successfully applied in the peripheral area of Daqing Oilfield. The evaluation results of model are in good agreement with field situation.
