为解决川西套管封隔器水平井分段压裂分段数受限、压后作业困难的难题,文中在通过室内实验优选喷砂射孔磨料,优化磨料粒径、磨料体积分数及喷砂排量等参数的基础上,优化配套大通径井口装置、压裂液体系及冲砂工艺,形成了适用于川西中浅层的水平井猫鼬分段压裂技术。与邻井对比分析表明,采用猫鼬压裂方式的改造效果与采用常规压裂的相差不大,其优点在于提供了全通径水平井井筒,有利于后期作业。
In order to solve the problems of the limit of staged numbers for the staged fracturing and the operation difficulty of horizontal well after fracturing in western Sichuan and through the indoor experiment, the sand blasting perforation abrasive is selected and the abrasive size, abrasive volume fraction and perforation displacement are optimized. Based on this, the matching wellhead equipment with large diameter, the fracturing fluid system and sand washing process are optimized, forming the mongoose staged fracturing technology suitable for the middle-shallow layer of horizontal well in western Sichuan. The comparison result with the adjacent well after fracturing shows that the stimulation effect difference is not big using mongooses fracturing and using conventional fracturing. The advantage of mongooses fracturing is providing full size horizontal wellbore and easy to late operation.
