Prediction method of shut-in wellhead pressure for offshore ESP well

关井井口压力对合理选择井口设备及管线有重要的指导意义。由于海上油井的产液量较高,水击压力效应非常明显,文中首次从水击压力、关井压力恢复及电泵憋压3个方面综合考虑,主要探讨了生产油井紧急关井情况下井口压力在不同阶段随时间的变化趋势,讨论了不同阶段井口压力的计算方法,应用该方法进行实例计算,结果与实际数据吻合较好。
Shut-in wellhead pressure is very important for choosing wellhead equipment and pipeline. Water hammer pressure effect is very obvious because of the high liquid rate of offshore oil well. Considering water hammer pressure effect, pressure buildup and ESP pressure, the changing trend of wellhead pressure is discussed when oil well is shut in emergently. The calculation methods of different stages of wellhead pressure are studied. The results calculated using this method are in good agreement with the actual data.
