碳烃无水压裂液研究进展

Study advance in hydrocarbon waterless fracturing fluid

为解决页岩气等非常规油气藏压裂改造中耗水量巨大、返排废液处理困难以及储层伤害等问题,探索适宜的新型无水压裂技术,实现页岩气绿色、高效开发,显得十分重要而紧迫。通过系统调研发现,作为当前先进科技的石油液化气(LPG)无水压裂液,实际上是在汽油凝胶压裂液基础上发展起来的低碳烃无水压裂液。文中先后分析了这2种碳烃无水压裂液技术的现状,重点探讨了目前LPG压裂液的形成机理和增产特色,指出了该技术存在的问题;同时认为,LPG凝胶压裂液技术是一种绿色环保型页岩储层改造技术,具有广阔的应用前景。
 In order to solve the problems of huge volume water consumption, difficult disposal of flowback waste fluid and reservoir damage in the shale gas and other unconventional reservoir fracturing, it is urgent to explore the suitable novel waterless fracturing technology to realize the green and efficient development of shale gas. Investigation is conducted on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) waterless fracturing fluid in current petroleum technology. The result shows that gelled gasoline fracturing fluid is a basis of low carbon hydrocarbon LPG fracturing fluid. These two kinds of hydrocarbon waterless fracturing fluids are analyzed and the formation mechanism and stimulation feature of LPG fracturing fluid are mainly discussed. The existing problems are put forward on the technology. It is considered that LPG gel fracturing fluid is a green and environment?鄄friendly stimulation technology of shale reservoir and has a broad application prospect.
