摘要
中压砂床滤失评价方法可以直观评价储层段的防漏堵漏效果,但是玻璃微珠有很多规格,如何根据储层参数选择匹配的砂床,一直没有规范可以参考。通过扫描电镜自带软件,分别测定不同目数玻璃微珠对应砂床的孔隙直径,并分别采用线性回归模型、线性模型EM算法及非线性模型EM算法进行了回归分析。通过对比3个模型的优缺点及拟合程度,决定采用非线性模型EM算法来描述玻璃微珠目数与砂床特征的对应关系,从而改进了可视式中压砂床滤失评价方法,建立了一种可以与储层参数相匹配的储层段防漏堵漏评价方法。
Abstract
API sand bed filtration evaluation methods can visually evaluate reservoir sealing effect, but there isn′t a standard for how to choose the sand bed according to the reservoir parameters. The pore diameters of different mesh and closely packed glass beads are measured through SEM software. The linear regression model, EM model and nonlinear EM model are built for regression analysis. By comparing the advantages, disadvantages and matching degree of three models, the nonlinear EM model is used to describe the relationship between mesh of glass beads and sand bed. The API sand bed filtration evaluation method is improved and a new reservoir sealing evaluation method matching with reservoir parameter is built.
