沥青调剖是聚合物驱后进一步提高采收率的有效方法之一,具有调剖强度大、封堵效率高、对地层选择性强、成本低廉、无设备腐蚀、无地层污染等特点,但对其开发方式尚无一个完善、系统的评价。文中利用数值模拟方法,对典型井区进行精细数值模拟研究,针对沥青调剖井组在不同沥青质量浓度、注入速度、调剖半径、调剖时机及段塞组合方式下的驱油效果进行评价及优选,并详细阐述了沥青调剖的机理。结果表明,采用沥青调剖能够达到较好的开发效果,可为厚油层聚合物驱后开展调剖提供开发依据。
Asphalt profile control is one of the effective methods to further improve the recovery of after polymer flooding, which has the characteristics of strong profile control, high efficiency seal, selectivity of strata formation, low cost, no corrosion and no pollution, but there is not a systematic evaluation for the development. In this paper, numerical simulation method is applied to the Oilfield L5-29 well-block for fine numerical simulation study, the asphalt profile control effect for well group is evaluated and optimized under different asphalt concentration, injection rate, the radius of profile control, slug combination way and the timing of different profile, the mechanism of profile control is explained. Results show that the asphalt profile control can achieve better development effect and provides effective development basis for the thick oil reservoir after polymer flooding.
