摘要
红河油田长8油藏埋深2 000 m左右,为裂缝性致密砂岩油藏,主体开发方式为水平井配合压裂改造。针对其钻井时易井壁失稳、井漏,压裂、采油作业及后期治理困难等问题,从钻完井角度出发,通过室内实验和现场实践,形成了二级井身结构水平井及其配套的井壁稳定技术、防漏堵漏技术和长裸眼水平段套管固井完井技术。现场应用81口井,钻完井过程中复杂情况大幅减少,与同期三级井身结构水平井相比,平均钻井周期缩短23.62%,平均完井周期缩短27.15%,平均单井钻完井工程费用节约201.9万元,且为压裂、采油后期作业及后期治理提供了便利条件,降本增效效果显著。
Abstract
Chang 8 oil reservoir of Honghe Oilfield is the fractured tight sandstone reservoir with a depth of about 2,000 m. Its main development mode is using horizontal wells matching with fracturing operation. Aimed at the problems of borehole instability, drilling lost circulation and the existent difficulties during fracturing, production and completion, the secondary casing program of horizontal well and its matching techniques such as well stabilizing, lost circulation prevention and plugging, and long open hole horizontal section cementing are formed based on laboratory experiments and field practices. The application of these techniques in 81 wells shows that complicated conditions decrease largely, the drilling cycle reduces by 23.62%, the well completion cycle reduces by 27.15% and the engineering cost of single-well drilling and completion saves 2.019 million yuan compared with three-level casing program horizontal well during the same period, which provides convenient conditions for effective stimulation, production and post-treatment operations. There is obvious effect on reducing cost and increasing benefit.
