 石油钻探过程中需大量使用钻井液润滑剂降低钻井摩阻,由于地质和钻井施工条件复杂,需要润滑剂具备强润滑性、低起泡率、强抗温性和抗钙污染能力等,现有润滑剂存在多种性能不能同时兼顾的缺点。通过基础油筛选、多功能添加剂优选复配以及与其他添加剂一起优选优配出新型水基高效液体润滑剂RIP ̄1。RIP ̄1常温下淡水基浆老化前后润滑系数降低率由86.3%下降到84.2%,起泡率由3.3%上升至13.3%,较其他润滑剂综合性能最优;盐水基浆老化前后润滑系数由71.1%上升至95.3%,起泡率由11.7%上升至12%,同时抑制盐水浆起泡;钙离子对RIP ̄1润滑效率未产生明显影响,RIP ̄1中多种表面活性剂复配协同效应使润滑系数变化率仅9.2%。RIP ̄1在川西和元坝气藏的X8 ̄1H井和YB272H井中进行了现场应用,结果表明,RIP ̄1能有效降低钻柱扭矩,同时抗温性能强,钻井液密度应用范围宽,适用于陆相和海相气藏的勘探开发要求。
 A lot of drilling fluid lubricants are used in oil drilling development to reduce friction. Because of complicated geological and drilling conditions, fluid lubricant should have strong lubrication, low foaming rate, high temperature resistance, calcium contamination resistance and so on, but now many lubricants do not have good multiple performance at the same time. RIP-1 is a new water-based efficient liquid lubricant. After and before high temperature ageing, lubricating coefficient of Water based slurry with RIP-1 decrease slightly from 86.3% to 84.2%, foaming rate has a small increase from 3.3% to 13.3%, so compared with other fluid lubricant, RIP-1 has an optimal comprehensive performance. Lubricating coefficient of salt water-based slurry with RIP-1 has increased greatly from 71.1% to 95.3%, foaming rate has a slight increase from 11.7% to 12%, and can inhibit the foam of salt water base slurry. Because of various surfactants in RIP-1, synergistic effect can ensure that RIP-1 has a calcium contamination resistance. RIP-1 has been already used in X8-1H of west Sichuan gas reservoir and YB272H of Guangyuan gas reservoir. In field application, RIP-1 can effectively reduce the drill string torque, and has a strong high temperature resistance and a wide range of application of drilling fluid density, so it can be used in marine and continental gas reservoir exploration and development.
