物理防垢技术在大牛地气田的应用

Application of physical scale prevention technology in Daniudi Gas Field

由于地层水矿化度较高,钙镁离子质量浓度较大,许多气井生产管柱内易出现结垢现象。通过流压测试分析发现,大牛地气田2005—2010年开发气井中50%有结垢现象,严重影响气井的持续生产。2010年开始,在大牛地气田加注阻垢剂,但防垢率只有80%。为了提高防垢效果,大牛地气田进行了物理防垢试验,并研制了悬挂式物理合金防垢器。对5口气井安装物理合金防垢器前后钙镁离子质量浓度监测的结果表明:安装物理合金防垢器后,钙镁离子质量浓度提高了133%,综合防垢率提高至90%,且钙镁离子质量浓度在20 000~40 000 mg/L的气井防垢效果较好。通过物理防垢试验,形成了大牛地气田物理防垢技术和物理合金防垢器安装工艺技术,为大牛地气田的防、除垢研究奠定了基础。
 Because of high water salinity and high mass concentrations of calcium and magnesium ions, many wells are prone to scaling in the production string. Daniudi Gas Field began to fill inhibitors in 2010, but the scale inhibition rate was only 80%. Test and analysis of flowing pressure show that 50% developed wells have scaled from 2005 to 2010, which seriously affected the continued production of gas wells. In order to improve the scale inhibition rate, physical scale prevention test was carried out and suspension physical scale prevention devices were developed. The mass concentrations of calcium and magnesium ion for five gas wells before and after installation were monitored. Results show that the mass concentration of calcium and magnesium ions increases 133% and the comprehensive scale inhibition rate increases to 90%. The mass concentrations of 20,000-40,000 mg/L have good effect. By the experiment of physical scale prevention, the technology of physical scale prevention and its process of installation have been formed, which laid a foundation for further study of scale removal and prevention technology.
