3D geological modeling of paleo-karst cave carbonate reservoir in Block 6, Tahe Oilfield

 碳酸盐岩溶洞型储层与碎屑岩储层不同,是一种由古岩溶作用形成的特殊储层,其发育特征复杂。为揭示塔河油田六区溶洞型储集体的三维展布规律,对其进行了三维地质建模研究。建模遵循“成因控制”的原则,即以溶洞储集体的成因特征为地质约束条件。碳酸盐岩储层垂向上具有明显的分带性,自上而下将其划分为表层溶蚀带、渗流溶蚀带、径流溶蚀带、潜流溶蚀带等4个带,并建立了岩溶三维分带模型。不同的岩溶带发育不同类型的溶洞,以测井资料结合地震资料对溶洞进行识别,并通过地震精细解释,刻画溶洞的三维展布特征,采用确定性建模技术,建立溶洞的三维地质模型。建模研究发现,研究区溶洞储集体的展布在平面上受控于古地貌类型。
 Unlike clastic reservoir, paleo-karst cave carbonate reservoir is a kind of special reservoir which is formed by karstification and has complicated development features. To reveal how the caves of Block 6 in Tahe Oilfield distribute underground, a 3D geological modeling is researched. Paleo-karst cave reservoir modeling is based on the principle of “genetic control”, which means to take the genetic characteristics as constraints. Carbonate reservoir in research area can be divided into four zones vertically, from top to bottom are: epidermis-karst zone, vadose-karst zone, runoff-karst zone, underflow-karst zone; a 3D model of these karst zones is built. Each zone has its own type of cave which can be identified by combining log and seismic data. Through fine seismic interpretation, the 3D distribution features of caves are acquired, according to which, a 3D genetic model of paleo-karst cave reservoir is also built by deterministic modeling technology. Finally we find out that the distribution of caves in research area is controlled by ancient landform types horizontally.
