摘要
针对聚合物驱过程中开采对象物性变差、聚合物驱规律认识不深入的问题,文中在分析大庆油田55个工业化区块聚合物驱实践基础上,明确了聚合物驱全过程不同阶段的划分标准,定量描述了大庆油田一、二类油层聚合物驱过程中注入压力、视吸水指数、产液指数、采出液中聚合物质量浓度、综合含水率等指标的变化规律及差异性,对比了一、二类油层聚合物驱不同阶段产油量的变化规律。研究表明:一、二类油层聚合物驱各项开采指标均表现为前期变化快,后期随着注聚深入而变化趋于平缓的特点;综合含水率降到含水总降幅的2/3时,聚合物驱进入低值阶段;一类油层在含水低值期产量高,二类油层在含水回升期产量高。研究结果可对深化认识聚合物驱开发规律和及时有效的工艺调整提供依据。
Abstract
As the physical properties of oil layers are becoming poorer, previous development laws, based on several blocks of primary oil layers, are no longer fully applicable to the existing development adjustments. Based on the polymer flooding practices of 55 blocks, this article proposes the division criterions for different polymer flooding stages and depicts quantitatively the differences and variation laws for injection pressure, apparent water injectivity, liquid producing, general water-cut and polymer producing concentration indexes in the polymer flooding for the primary and sub-layers reservoirs in Daqing Oilfield. The result shows that production indexes change fast at the beginning and become steady lately, low indexes appear when the water-cut is 2/3 of the maximal value; high production yield happens during the low water cut period for the primary layers, while during the water cut rising period for sub-layers. All these findings help to deepen the understanding of production laws and provide the basis for timely and effective tracking and adjustment in polymer flooding.
